Meet Stacey……
Like all of us, I have lived a life full of contrasts—trials and tribulations, joy, bliss and celebration—and I’m deeply grateful for it all. I have two teenage sons who are both incredible and, at times, a challenge. Our life is a mix of order and chaos, peace and hectic moments, but we try to ride the waves and lean into the flow as best we can.
In my early 40s, I went through what I can only describe as a “dark night of the soul”—a rock bottom that ultimately led to a powerful awakening. An 8-week inpatient program at Homewood Health Center in Guelph ON, and an 4 day immersive Tony Robbins event in New York City were pivotal in turning my life around.
Along the way, I found my way back to myself, a version of me I’d lost somewhere in the shuffle. In the process, I’ve discovered some life-changing tools, hacks, and resources. Physical activity and nature became my medicine—lifting heavy barbells, sweating it out, hiking, kayaking. Therapy, breathwork, and, more recently, intentional cold exposure have all played crucial roles in my healing and growth.
Having experienced firsthand how transformative these modalities have been in improving my own quality of life, I’m now passionate about sharing them with others.
I have a full time job that provides and supports our family, but it does not fuel my soul or passion.
I thrive working with and connecting to others, and sharing these modalities has become a meaningful way for me to give back, and help others while living out my true purpose.
It’s been a journey of embracing both the highs and the lows, and I’m grateful for all the lessons learned.
